New Procedures

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have put a few new safety measures in place to adhere to new government guidelines, and to make sure that all clients and staff feel comfortable in the salon.

If you or anyone in your household feels unwell, or has any potential Covid-19 symptoms please get in touch with the salon prior to your appointment.

Arriving for your appointment

Please arrive on time for your appointment rather than early, we are no longer using the waiting area inside the salon so instead ask that you please wait outside or in your car, maintaining social distance. You will then be called in for your appointment and taken straight to your styling chair.

All clients will be asked to wear a face mask, so please bring your own where possible. If you do not have one, we are able to provide a disposable mask for £2.

Please avoid bringing a coat to your appointment to minimise contact with staff members and reduce unnecessary items in the salon.

Your appointment

Upon entering the salon you’ll be asked to sanitise your hands, and you’ll then be taken straight to your seat. You won’t need to go to reception to book your next appointment or pay, our team will come to you.

Magazines and drinks will not be provided, but you are more than welcome to bring your own.
